Welcome to Patch 6.3c! We’re making some adjustments to champions across the Rift as well as some more quick fixes to AAA ARAM and Arena.

NEW

Faker and TheShy Collaboration

CHAMPION CHANGES

This patch we’re bringing a mix of buffs and nerfs across the Rift! We’re making Gwen’s late-game snips hit harder, bulking up Urgot and Malphite so they’re tankier for those early game skirmishes, and making Aurelion Sol’s cosmic powers even flashier. That’s not all though, we’re also sharpening up Zed so that he has a smoother path to scale, while also trimming Warwick’s claws, to keep him more in-line with the other junglers. And last but not least, we also had to make Zoe a little less sparkly, and we also gave Viktor a recommended reboot to help you beam your way to victory.

ITEMS

Yordle Liandry's Torment

We’ve adjusted the damage of Liandry’s Torment so that it will scale better into the mid to late game when dealing you face tankier foes, while also slightly reducing its early-game damage.

Torment

  • Damage per second: 0.6% ~ 2.0% Target’s Max Health → 0.3% ~ 2.75% Target’s Max Health

Infernal Agony

  • Damage: 40 + 5% Ability Power  → 20 + 4% Ability Power

Radiant Virtue

Since we released Radiant Virtue, we’ve seen that it has been offering too much defensive power and has become overly dominant. We’re reducing the bonus maximum health it grants so it still provides strong team healing without making you excessively tanky.

Guiding Light

  • Self Max Health Increase: 12.5% → 10%

RUNE CHANGES 

We’ve toned down several keystone runes that have been overperforming this patch, reducing their overall damage output.

Lethal Tempo

  • Attack Speed increase per stack (melee): 10% ~ 18% → 8% ~ 16%

  • Attack Speed increase per stack (ranged): 4% ~ 13% → 3% ~ 12%

Arcane comet

  • Base Damage: 23 ~ 100 → 18 ~ 95

First Strike

  • Bonus True Damage Dealt: 8% → 7%

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed a bug where Zoe’s Spell Thief could drop enchantment ability fragments from removed items. 

  • Fixed a bug where Radiant Virtue incorrectly appeared under the Magic Resistance category in the Shop’s Defense tab.

  • Fixed a bug where Syndra’s ultimate execution effect caused incorrect data tracking for the Axiom Arcanist Rune.

  • Fixed a bug where Kayn’s Darkin Slayer ultimate healing was not amplified by Axiom Arcanist.

  • Fixed a bug where Warwick’s ultimate healing was not amplified by Axiom Arcanist.

  • Fixed a bug where Viego’s ultimate damage to the primary target was not amplified by Axiom Arcanist.

  • Fixed a bug where Dark Harvest occasionally triggered an abnormal number of times.

GAME MODE CHANGES

AAA ARAM

Resonating Strike

  • Cooldown: 3s  → 0s

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Restless Restoration’s sound effect would trigger too frequently.

  • Fixed an issue where Elemental Wrath could sometimes go on cooldown without activating properly.

  • Fixed an issue where Stackosaurus Rex could not stack with Heartsong Bolt.

  • Fixed an issue where Touch of Ruin would not trigger Vulnerability.

  • Fixed an issue where Touch of Ruin’s damage-over-time effect would not trigger Relentless Conversion’s healing.

  • Fixed an issue where Relentless Conversion was incorrectly affecting minions.

  • Fixed an issue where The Night Hunter was not triggering properly in certain situations.

  • Improved the visual effects of Elemental Wrath.

  • Improved the visual effects of Petricite Burst.

Arena

Blood Pact: Carnage

  • Fixed the issue where this Augment could infinitely stack Omnivamp. With this fix, this Augment has now been re-enabled.

Anvil 

  • Optimized the Anvil system’s randomization mechanics. Purely AD champions will no longer receive AP-related stats, while certain mages and supports can now roll AD related stats.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where certain armor penetration items were not correctly granting the additional 150 bonus health.

  • Fixed an issue where some AP items were not correctly providing the additional 7% Critical Rate.
